1. Single Purpose
Tick It AI has a single, focused purpose: to help users automatically and accurately fill out online application forms, surveys, and questionnaires using their own uploaded profile information and documents.
2. Data We Collect and Why
We only process data necessary for the core functionality of the extension:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): If you upload resumes, cover letters, or profile details (such as your name, email, phone number, work experience, and skills), we parse and store this information to populate matching fields in web forms you choose to fill.
Website Form Data: While prediction is enabled, the extension reads eligible form labels and remembers entered or generated answers for the selected profile. Autonomous runs also send screenshots to our model provider.
Account Credentials: Basic authentication tokens are used solely to securely maintain your logged-in session.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
Prediction and answer memory exclude recognized payment, banking, password, and verification-code fields. Do not upload sensitive financial records or start screenshot-based automation on sensitive pages.

We do not track your general browsing history or monitor tabs where form filling is not requested.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or uploaded documents to any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
4. How We Use and Protect Your Data
Data Minimization: Uploaded documents and saved answers are linked to your account and selected profile. Relevant context is sent through OpenRouter to the configured model provider to generate answers.
Encryption in Transit: All communication between the Chrome extension and our backend occurs over secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS and WSS).
No Remote Code: The extension does not download or execute remote executable code. All application code is bundled directly within the extension package.
5. User Control and Data Deletion
You have full control over your stored data at all times. Within the extension side panel, you can:
Delete any uploaded resume or document at any time.
Clear local answer history; this does not erase website inputs or backend profile memory. Backend memory clearing preserves locked facts.
Log out and disconnect your session.
